The corporations I have worked in all refuse to give CAD drawings to any one but consultants instantly involved with the task. I would not press this difficulty that has a company that does not want to deliver these!it's not hard to convert a pdf to vector graphics. it in all probability needs a little extra Computer system savvy & resourcefulness
